When, why and how forex works
Hello Everyone
The "Forex" market is made up of banks, brokers, market makers, large companies and retail traders. Many traders use the MT4 platform to do most of their trading, deals can also be executed through a "said" brokers website. The forex market opens 24 hours a day 5 days a week (excluding some holiday periods).
Most of the big forex players, such as banks and other companies keep regular business hours usually between 8am - 4pm and close on the weekends. So "Forex" closes on a Friday around 10pm, and reopens on Sunday night at 10pm. One of two brokers do have out-of-hours trading, that my friend and I use to refer to as "the broker that never sleeps.
Good luck
